Policy Regarding Music Submissions and Programmer Access

  1. Submit your track/s to LasVegasHotRadioMarketing@gmail.com with the subject “Artist Music Submission – Artist Name” in the subject line, where “Artist Name” is your artist name.

Example Subject Line: Artist Music Submission – John Doe
Music must be submitted in constant 320 Kbps, .mp3 format with the following metadata tagged to the tracks:

    Artist/Band Name
Song Title (Song Version) i.e. Clean, Explicit, Instrumental, Acapella, etc

  2. Album Title

  3. Album/Single Artwork

  4. Social Media information
    Booking/Management Information

  5. Radio edits are mandatory. Although we are an internet-based radio station, to remain commercially viable, we strive to abide by FCC regulations where it pertains to radio broadcasting. You may submit other versions of your work, such as Explicit, Instrumental, and Acapella versions as well, for distribution to our network of DJs, remixers, and producers, but each submitted work MUST be accompanied by a radio edit.

All music streamed on LasVegasHotRadio.com will be monitored and reported by Live365. Unlike many other online-based radio stations, this entitles all artists played on our platform, to digital performance royalties. It would be in the artists' best interest to make sure they register their music so that they are able to receive their royalties.

LasVegasHotRadio.com  is reported to all the major US-based performing rights organizations such as BMI, ASCAP, and SESAC presented by Live365. Currently, we have obtained licenses that are handled by Live365 and are reported to such organizations listed above.

Submissions are reviewed weekly for inclusion into our programming by our management team. Although you may submit your music, this DOES NOT GUARANTEE your placement onto our programming. We reserve the right to make final decisions regarding inclusion and/or placement.

If selected for inclusion into our programming or a feature, you will be contacted by one of our team members via email. If we choose to feature your music, it is expected that you will promote yourself, the program, and Las Vegas HotRadio.

  6. NOTE:  With regard to musical work performance rights for our stations, Live365, we automatically cover all ASCAP, BMI, and SESAC licenses in the United States, as well as SOCAN and Re: Sound for Canada, and PPL and PRS for Music for the U.K. Our coverage is provided through finalized agreements, interim agreements, and consent decrees with the respective collection societies. By submitting music for consideration, submitting entities and individuals represent and warrant that submitted music has been registered with one of these three performing rights organizations.  Alternatively, if you are not a member of these organizations, you represent and warrant that you hold these rights personally and grant Detroit Hot Radio the right to broadcast your material.  In addition, because we stream most of our stations over the internet, by submitting music for consideration, submitting entities and individuals represent and warrant that submitted music has been registered with ASCAP, BMI, or SESAC.  Alternatively, if you are not a member of any license-holding company, you represent and warrant that you hold these rights personally and grant Detroit Hot Radio the right to stream your material on a non-interactive, non-subscription basis.
